Great location, friendly service

central location friendly staff

The location is very central near the witches market! Currency exchange and laundry services were just across the street. Cafes and restaurants are in the same building, convenient. The staff spoke English very well.

The room felt a bit cold. I had to request a heater.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful with every request. I was able to check in very early at 7 instead of the scheduled 2 o'clock. The team was always available and approachable.

perfect spot!

central location friendly staff sweet treats

I loved how central the location was. I was so close to shops and restaurants! the staff were very friendly and always ready to help. i found two restaurants in the lobby. They had different menus. the cafe out front also had great sweet treats. It was super convenient.

the noise in the evening and early morning bothered me, i could hear people coming and going. the walls are very thin.

The location proved very useful. I found many restaurants and shops just steps away. The breakfast had a good variety, it offers a nice start to the day. My room had comfortable beds, i have slept deeply.

The room felt a bit chilly at times, but i asked for some extra blankets to fix it.

marked walls sagging bed

The location was acceptable, putting me right on a street with several restaurants.

The room needed a complete refurbishment. The walls had many marks on them, and the bed sagged right in the middle. It was not comfy AT ALL. It wasn't very clean either with stains on the bedding.
