the elevator could get crowded at peak times, but it's manageable.

The hotel provides free bus transportation to the haram. The reception staff was good. A shuttle service driver named Abdullah was cooperative and helpful during the night shift. Parking is available at the hotel.

The receptionist wasn't particularly helpful upon arrival, seeming preoccupied with his mobile.

The hotel provided a shuttle service and i appreciate it. the buses frequently run outside the hotel. the service takes you near masjid al haram unless prayer time restricts access. Otherwise, it drops you close to the hotel. the rooms were satisfactory. The cleanliness of the hotel impressed me.

The hotel staff could improve their welcome. The reception wasn't always attentive.

The hotel had shuttle service that was very convenient. I always found a bus ready outside. It dropped me near Masjid al Haram unless it was prayer time! The rooms were clean and the hotel smelled fresh. The reception staff helped me whenever needed. I also stored luggage with ease!

The room was clean when I arrived. Everything was acceptable there. I liked that the hotel location was near Masjid al-Haram. It was just a 10 to 15 minute walk away.

The staff was not friendly, I observed. The shuttle bus service was unreliable. It had no fixed times, and walking directly to the mosque took half the time..
