the location was convenient. breakfast was also very nice. i found the staff polite and helpful, always ready to assist with directions and information. the hotel gave me easy access to shops and restaurants.

the gym was not directly located in the hotel. it required me to cross the road, which i found inconvenient. i would have prefered a gym within the hotel itself for easier access.

my standard single room include a bed and was on a quiet side of the building, so i didnt hear street noise. the room was very clean and provide all basic amenities i required for my stay.

The location is very convenient. The S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations are easy to walk to and many restaurants and cafes are nearby.. The breakfast was really good. It included a variety of cooked meats, eggs, fruits, vegetables, cheeses, and breads.

The air conditioning in my room did not work. The staff told me it didn't function for the entire floor. The room was uncomfortably warm .

The front desk staff was helpful during check-in. The staff assisted with setting up ironing facilities quickly when I needed to iron my clothes and prepared everything when I arrived in my room, ready for my use.
