the hotel staff were friendly and helpful . the breakfast offered a wide variety including fresh honey jams and excellent coffee. i also appreciated complimentary access to the art museum nearby as a guest. i found it very convenient the hotel sits near the train station and public transport.
i found no drinking water upon arrival which was inconvenient after a long journey. complimentary bottles were only provided upon request at the front desk. i think providing water readily available would improve the initial experience.
