friendly staff helpful advice great patience
i appreciate the friendly staff. the manager offered helpful advice after we expressed concerns regarding the neighborhood. i also appreciated their patience answering all our questions. i not sketchy at all due to his assistance.
the stairs were narrow and there was no elevator.

perfect size adjustable heat historical articles helpful staff
the room was a perfect size. the temperature was also to my liking, and i could adjust the heat. i found the historical articles about the hotel on display interesting. the staff was kind and helpful .
i noticed just one minor thing, there were no extra power outlets near the beds.

Rahaman was very quick during check-in and check-out procedures. He was also friendly! the night staff provided help when i needed it, and their service was excellent, so i thank them for that. the owner was helpful too.

Public transport is conveniently located at the hotel's front door. the tram runs every ten minutes. This made it easy to get around. the hotel is not even one kilometer away from the city's times square!

The hotel provides complimentary coffee and tea at all times. there was also a sweet breakfast available. it included fruits, yogurt, and toast. Everything was packed to go, convenient!
