The restaurant was busy. That looked a good sign. the hotel felt new. It had clean and lovely features. pillows were nice. They were not lumpy or too soft. the location worked for visiting lapland uk. It was a very short drive.

i observed that some staff seemed stressed during interactions. the air conditioning was not very good.

the room was clean, comfortable and well equipped.

the door to the wing was left open, i would have felt more secure on a riotous saturday night if admission to the wing was by our keycard. some of the staff seemed stressed, they were a bit off when i interacted with them.
