Royal Caribbean Resort provides cabana suites, including Playa/Reef cabanas for up to three guests, with views of the ocean. Tuki Tuki Restaurant & Bar, a beachfront establishment, serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, from 7:00 a.m. Toast Seaside Boozery and Grill features American-style food and drinks. The South Beach Cafe & Pub provides cocktails, beer, coffee, and local cuisine. Toast can arrange early breakfast with advance notice. It also features games like corn hole and an open-air bowling alley. With advance notice, Toast can handle food and drinks for private parties for guests booking a two-night stay.
Activities & Entertainment
The resort features a pool. There are sea excursions, such as snorkeling with sharks and sting rays at Hol Chan & Shark Ray Alley. You can take SCUBA diving lessons from beginner lessons in the pool to Open Water Certification in just a few days. Erick Guevara's Tour Center, located by the water at Royal Caribbean Resort, allows for tour pickups and drop-offs. Tours to Mayan ruins, cave tubing, and jungle canopy zip lining can be arranged. Island Wonder Beach Club is a two-minute walk south of the resort's cabana suites, and offers beach volleyball, BBQ station, hammocks with fire pit, and swings.
Location and Transportation
Located in San Pedro town on Ambergris Caye, the resort is about a 10-minute drive from the center of town. The resort is near landmarks such as Chuck & Robbie's (3.5 km), Alaia (1 km), and Belizean Melody Art Gallery (5.5 km). Upon arriving at the airport or water taxi terminal in San Pedro Town, a shuttle will be waiting for you. Alternatively, a taxi directly to Royal Caribbean Resort costs around $7.50 USD one way.
Services and Amenities
A full-service concierge desk can arrange in-room or beach massages, bicycle or golf car rental, and day tours. Bicycling is a way to travel around the island or explore San Pedro. US dollars are accepted everywhere in Belize. The resort has high-speed internet access.
