low quality tasteless food
The beach was clean. Turtles were visible. Early check-in went smooth.
The food disappointed me. The half-board dinner had a large quantity of food. The quality wasn't good. I seemed like the butter chicken had no taste.

mixed feelings about the stay
cold food slow service
The breakfast was really not good. The food was often cold. i also found the service slow at times, especially when i needed something for the room. it sometimes took a while for requests to be fulfilled? this was a bit frustrating. the hotel felt understaffed during peak hours.

crystal clear water nice staff bbq option grubby furnishings faulty toilet missing cutlery
the beach had crystal clear water and i saw turtles close to shore. the staff seemed really nice. i also enjoyed that i could bring my own food and bbq in the evening.
the soft furnishings seemed a bit grubby. my toilet did not flush properly and the toilet hose leaked so the floor was always wet. there was a mini kitchen area but no crockery or cutlery was provided.
