the staff were friendly and helpful I appreciated the receptionist's kindness. breakfast was really good it included many options. the location was great being close to the city center

the elevator situation was frustrating only one elevator was working . this led to long waits and some inconvenience. i hope they address this soon

The staff at reception was acceptable.

The room was NOT clean. I noticed mold in the bathroom everywhere. The whirlpool did not work well. It only blasted dirt into the water, so it functioned as just a big bathtub.

The room i stayed in was spacious, which i found very accommodating. i liked the large gym. It had ample equipment. the pool area was a good size and seemed well kept, i also noticed many things to use.

the bathroom was not super clean! i saw mold in several corners. also, the whirlpool tub did not function correctly, it released dirt into the water when i tried to use it.

I found free parking on the site. The hotel includes a gym, swimming pool, steam room, and sauna. Breakfast was free and delicious! The hotel location is within walking range of most areas of interest. It is not too far from the airport. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are clean.

The water leaked from the shower onto the bathroom floor, and I had to place multiple towels down.
