Acceptable stay, some issues noticed

The room was spacious and the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep.

The ac didn't work and no one informed me about this. I found out only when the room became uncomfortably hot, really annoying.

The room was large. The bed was comfortable. There was also a sofa. The bathroom was spacious! The location suited my needs. It was a short walk to Times Square, and the Hell's Kitchen restaurants were nearby. The subway was around the corner. Other stations were a short walk away.

I was asked to give a deposit. It was $100 per night. I expected to receive this money back as soon as I left the hotel. It took over 20 days! The hotel had a bar, but it was always booked for private parties. The website did not say it was a separate entity.

small room reluctant staff

I must say, a few things were a bit off. the 'beautiful corner king' didn't quite live up to its name. It was smaller than expected. also, getting extra towels reminded me of pulling teeth. I had to call multiple times, and the front desk seemed less than thrilled to assist. perhaps some staff training is needed on towel logistics and room sizes.

Really good Hotel Experience

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was quite spacious and featured a very comfortable bed. I liked the overall style of both the room and the hotel. The location was excellent, providing quick access to the subway system.

The room did not include a coffee machine, nor were basic toiletries available in the bathroom.

solid stay near broadway

convenient location comfortable beds nice toiletries excellent room size

I found the location super convenient, it was close to broadway shows and several subway lines. the room featured comfortable beds. nice toiletries. i particularly appreciated the metal water bottles provided. There was even a refilling station right on my floor. the room size was also excellent, especially for the area.

The only slight issue i had was with the noise from the street. I could hear traffic and honking, although its a big city.

clean room subway station quiet area

the hotel was close to broadway shows. a subway station was just around the corner. my room was clean and surprisingly quiet considering how close i was to tourist areas.

i noticed no free coffee available in the lobby
