i found the staff to be friendly. yasmin at reception was especially cute. she remembered my name upon arrival! my room was clean and cozy. the heating system worked well, important in january.
i noticed the hot water in the bathroom took a couple of minutes to warm up. it did eventually reach a good temperature. pressure was strong though

the location was superb, literally steps from central park. i found a subway station very close, a real plus. the breakfast had a nice selection, including bread, eggs, and sausages i was completely satisfied with the hot water pressure in the bathroom, it was strong.
i noticed the ice machine looked a bit dirty and the water had a slight tint

The room included a clean, comfortable bed and a well kept bathroom. the breakfast each morning had a nice variety. the staff seemed very attentive. i appreciated the prompt service from the cleaning lady from the dominican republic. She was very friendly.

The location near the metro was very convenient. It was only a short walk. The breakfast included some good options. The staff members were friendly and helpful.
The room was quite small. There was not much space to move around. The air conditioning unit made a lot of noise when it was turned on. The windows were very dirty making it difficult to see outside.
