awesome spot near termini!

easy arrival huge room great location
the location rocks it's a super quick walk from termini station and , made getting around so easy i got detailed instructions for late arrivals which was awesome the entry codes worked perfectly i felt secure the room was huge and clean it had a big fridge stove and freezer which was a total win for storing snacks and drinks
i really wish there had been an elevator it was a bit of a climb with my luggage

lots of diverse food options are nearby for quick bites the area has many ethnic restaurants so finding something tasty is easy it is nice to have options after a long day.

my studio had all the basics i needed it was very spacious with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchenette the air conditioning worked really well and cooled the room quickly it's awesome after being out all day.

the staff was super helpful they sent really detailed info about how to check in and access the hotel it made everything run smoothly after hours they were patient and ready to assist with any questions.

the courtyard outside is a really nice touch especially for kids to run around and play safely having that outdoor space is super convenient for families the grounds were well kept and clean.

the proximity to the main train station is unbeatable i could easily walk there in less than five minutes having restaurants and shops nearby is a huge plus i could grab anything i needed quickly.

The location was great for train access. I found many food options nearby. The room included a good-sized refrigerator and kitchenette. These amenities made storing snacks and drinks convenient.
The street outside did have some noise at night.

mixed experience near termini station

broken toilet seat faulty shower head
the location was convenient near the train station that was acceptable.
the room differed significantly from the photos advertised the toilet seat was broken. the shower head was faulty causing water to spray everywhere the bathroom tap seemed to be a kitchen tap creating splashes and potential falls.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the termini station. It allowed easy access to transportation. the room was large and clean. I found the bathroom to be a good size. the kitchenette was also convenient with a big refrigerator and stove.
i noticed a very slight inconvenience, the absence of an elevator.

The area features many food options, and i could find several places for a late dinner. i observed various ethnic food choices and restaurants. This culinary diversity was quite nice. many shops sell souvenirs. We managed to get some at 8pm.

my room included a pullout sofabed, already made which was very helpful. i also used a hot water kettle the accommodation provided. the air conditioning worked fast, and i could cool the room quickly.

unsafe area loud noise
The area around the hotel felt unsafe at night. Groups of men loitered around. The noise was also an issue. I could hear glass breaking sometimes. The overall experience was subpar.
