the staff was EXTREMELY helpful. The room got cleaned daily. I enjoyed the relaxing view of the bay from the sixth-floor balcony (it was great!). There were plenty of places to eat, bars, and bus and ferry ports close by.

the shower cubicle had a curtain held up with string. The curtain rail broke when I tried to slide the curtain, and half of it fell down. The ac system above my bed had cracks all along its length (i was scared it would fall!).
