The Lower King Suites, are 400 sq ft and located on the 2nd floor, provide a large bedroom with a king size bed, a 50' HDTV, a separate sitting area with a gas fireplace, a 32' HDTV, a pull out sleep sofa, and a full balcony. Standard King Balcony rooms are 300 sq ft and feature one king size bed and a full balcony with a partial view of the bay or tree line beach area. Double/Double Limited View rooms are 300 sq ft with 2 full size beds and a limited view of the bay or wooded beach area. Junior Suites, located on the 3rd floor, are 300 sq ft and have a king bed with a 50' HDTV and balconies with views. Some rooms feature a coffee maker, a mini-refrigerator, and signature bath amenities.

Rod 'N' Reel Restaurant is currently being reconstructed with outdoor dining on Fishing Creek. 1936 Bar & Grill overlooks Fishing Creek and the Chesapeake Bay, offering indoor and outdoor seating with screens for sports viewing.
