helpful staff good food lovely wine broken air conditioning small space fiddly keycard

the reception staff were so helpful. they always had a smile. the food was beautifully presented and there was always such a good selection of salads and hot dishes. all-inclusive wine had a lovely flavor.

the air conditioning didn't seem to work. that was frustrating! the safe took up extra room. it. the keycard was also fiddly, it made it hard to unlock the door sometimes.

uninterested receptionist overly strict lifeguard

i found issues with the staff. a receptionist seemed uninterested when i asked for fresh towels. also, the lifeguard was overly strict about minor things like plastic cups near the pool!

cheap wine limited snacks

The location was convenient, close to shops and the beach.

The all-inclusive package was disappointing. The beer and wine tasted cheap, giving me a headache after only a couple of glasses. There were very limited snack options between meals.
