Rock House features a secluded beach and an exclusive beach club. An oversized 100ft infinity edge pool sits on a 25ft Limestone cliff. The fitness center provides treadmills, elliptical machines, seated bikes, free weights, medicine balls, yoga mats, and yoga balls. Weekly fitness classes, integrating Yoga, Box Fit and Stretching, are available. Yoga sessions are offered on the Jetty on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Guests have access to snorkeling gear and non-motorized watersports. Activities include a Nature Trail tour every Tuesday and a SUP Guided Experience on Fridays.
