The location was amazing! it was super close to the metro stations and i could easily walk to montmartre. the bedroom was decorated nicely. It had really good lighting and nice heating, great. i also loved that they have free tea and coffee at the reception. The cozy sofas were a real bonus.

The toilett and sink were way up high. It was definitely not designed for shorter people!

i booked a "superior double or twin room" and found the size quite small. the bathroom design was impractical the shower's partial enclosure allowed water to spill easily onto the floor. the provided hairdryer was also inadequate its weak airflow made drying hair a lengthy task.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Coffee, tea, water, and sparkling water is available at any time in the lobby. The room was nice and clean. Towels were changed, we did not leave the do not disturb sign.

The wallpaper in my room peels slightly from the walls.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Complimentary coffee and tea were available in the lobby at all times. The location was convenient with metro stations nearby.

The room felt small and it needed some tlc. The light on the wall was not fixed correctly it hung off slightly. The shower required adjustment to get the temperature right if pushed too much it went back to running into the bath
