Rizes Hotel features a seasonal outdoor pool open daily from 11:00 to 19:00. Guests can try Functional and TRX Suspension Training, both individually and in semi-group courses for up to 3 people, led by Ioannis Kotsikos, a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer from the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens. The facility incorporates elements from daily routines into fitness programs, using TRX-belts, elastic bands, kettlebells, and dumbbells. Massage services include Classic Swedish, Soul, Aromatherapy, Ayurvedic Abhyangam, Bamboo, Kobido, Hawaian Lomi Lomi, and Tibetan Singing Bowls massages.
