a decent stay overall
clean room quiet room modern bathroom poor condition old fashioned furniture hot air
the room was a good size. it was clean and quiet. the bathroom looked modern. the location was decent for exploring and for reaching the train station.
the area did not seem that nice to me. some surrounding buildings looked in poor condition. the furniture seemed old fashioned and dark. the air con only had one setting and blew hot air.

shower button fundamental flaw
The location was acceptable. It was easy enough to get to local shops.
The shower button was broken, preventing any transition from the tap to the shower. It's a rather fundamental flaw. I did expect running water to work correctly. The self check-in was like a way for the hotel to cut costs, though, not to help guests.

spacious room comfortable beds efficient check-in ample bathroom
The room was spacious, and the beds offered substantial comfort. Check-in was efficient, a process I found quite convenient. The room included a minifridge and extra pillows in the closet. The bathroom had ample space with a bathtub, a feature I particularly valued.

Wonderful Experience!
convenient location easy access satisfying options
The hotel is located conveniently close to shops (I easily found souvenirs!). Public transport is also within easy reach. The staff showed attentiveness and fulfilled our bedding request. Breakfast had satisfying options. I am grateful that I had a positive experience.
There was an issue in the bathroom with a constant flushing sound. I found it hard to call the provided phone number. The WhatsApp message I sent was read without a response. This issue made it hard to sleep well through the night.

The breakfast options were tasty and varied, with many different choices available to guests each morning. I especially appreciated the fresh pastries (they tasted wonderful!). The dining area was kept clean, and the staff ensured it was always well-stocked.
