The hotel's location was superb. It was close to many shops, restaurants and attractions. I enjoyed stepping out and seeing views of the river and the city skyline. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The water bottle and water fountain availability on each floor was very convenient.
The room had a small window. It faced the wall of another building, seem dark inside.

the hotel is near the riverwalk and the magnificent mile. my room included a microwave and a fridge. self-check-in was simple even at midnight. the concierge was available to assist me with any questions. there were also water bottles available in the hallways. the bathroom provided generous toiletries.

I stayed near Grant Park after the marathon. The location made exploring easy. The room had a microwave oven, a mini fridge, and an espresso machine, so I could have small meals. Water bottles and water fountains were available on each floor, which I found convenient.
The $100 deposit had a delayed return to international accounts , taking about 30 business days. I hope they can find a faster solution.

My standard queen room lacked a window, something I FOUND unacceptable. The room felt suffocating. the AC did NOT work upon my arrival. This added to the unpleasant feeling.

i found a free water fountain, convenient. the laundry facility was a lifesaver since it rained . the location was perfect, especially for exploring the river walk (even though it was cold, the location was great).
this delay occasionally made it difficult to get to the lobby or my room quickly. it did impact my overall experience a little.
