i stayed here on the eleventh floor and the views of the area was amazing. the bed in my room was big, soft. the bathroom had great space and included a separate bathtub and shower. when i arrived i was presented with local snacks prepared by the chef. reynand from room service was helpful and gave useful information.

i tried to call reception a few times, and my calls werent answered.

the hotel has a very convenient location near festive walk mall. this mall is less than two minutes by walk. nearby are many other amenities like starbucks, 7-eleven and mcdonalds, for extra comfort.

the breakfast was very nice and included international food. many local dishes were served. a small mini bar is available on the seventh floor near to the pool. this bar gave very nice views of the city.

the staff here were cute and helpful in many ways. rikka was very accommodating and helped with all my needs. daniela always helped us when we were eating breakfast. renzo from concierge helped me with laundry service too.

I stayed for a short trip to visit friends and found the staff very cute! security and the front desk extended a warm welcome. rikka at the front desk assisted with luggage, and renzo from concierge helped with laundry enquiries. The view from my suite on the 11th floor was lovely. the bathtub was a highlight of the spacious bathroom.

At least 5 times i tried calling the reception from the room but my calls were never answered. i felt ignored while i was in the room. It was quite disappointing.

The staff provides attentive service, and they always assisted me when needed. rikka and renzo were particularly helpful. I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. It's charming.
