The staff was awesome, always smiling and ready to help. i got a free room upgrade, it was totally unexpected but so appreciated. i also really liked the location, it was a quick walk to the beach and shops. Super convenient!

The pool on the rooftop looked amazing. but it needed some serious cleaning, there was some dirt! breakfast had limited choices. It was fine, but i was hoping for a bigger selection. it was a bit disappointing.

The breakfast was disappointing. Not much variety existed. i also had issues with noise, a party place next door was noisy. i didn't get much sleep because of it and the pool on the rooftop looked filthy. it affected my overall experience negatively though the hotel had potential.
