clean room modern room decent shower uninviting reception poor layout loud music

I stayed in a superior double room for three nights. The room was very clean and modern. The shower was decent (i especially liked how spacious it was). The views were fantastic, and it was easy to reach the U-Bahn from the hotel.

i found the reception to be not very inviting. The layout of my room was not good. There was no seating for two people and i could not see the tv screen from the bed. a speaker outside the door played loud music.

I appreciated the king room I reserved, it featured a very quiet atmosphere. The hotel staff proved friendly and helpful with my needs. The location allowed easy access to nearby bars and restaurants, and a nice stroll to local attractions. The shower worked well.

It became challenging to navigate from the street to the hotel, requiring a clear orientation guide.

great location comfortable bed fantastic shower predatory deposit noise isolation german policy

The hotel location is great! it's close to the st pauli stadium. the building is interesting. Full of history, i noticed a coffee shop on site. my room had a comfortable bed and a fantastic shower.

i found the deposit policy to be predatory. cleaning every two days is standard in germany, but i expected more from a 4-star hotel. the noise isolation was bad, and i could hear neighboring rooms.

easy transport spacious room

the hotel is next to the u-bahn station, so transport was very easy. my room was spacious (i stayed in a suite city view).

i found the english of some staff members difficult to understand.
