Hotel Mattmarkblick is located in the village center of Saas-Almagell, 50 meters from the Dorfplatz bus stop. It is 75 km from Sion. The Almagell Lake, mini-golf course and children's playing area are nearby. The Stockalper castle and Old Town and Pontifical Swiss Guards museum in Naters are accessible. A 26 km cross-country skiing trail between Saas-Almagell and Saas-Balen is available. Ski buses run every half hour from Saas-Almagell to Saas-Fee and Saas-Grund. The cable car to Felskinn goes up to 3000 m from Felskinn.
