I arrived and there wasn't any spaces available. Staff was unhelpful and dismissive. The bathroom wasn't any better. It had a weird layout. The shower area featured a glass wall that gave no privacy.

i noticed the decor in the rooms was a bit tired. i wasn't thrilled about them taking a deposit of 50 euros on my card when i checked in. that seemed unusual. the receptionist seemed a bit inexperienced and disinterested.

the location was quite convenient, being close to the center.

I was VERY disappointed that the restaurant was closed. the website advertised a gourmet restaurant, and it was a key reason i booked, BUT it was closed for three weeks. this meant no food in the evenings, and the bar offered only wine or beer due to staff not understanding alcohol measurements! it was frustrating. A partial refund should be given.
