The distance to The Mills at Jersey Gardens is approximately 800 meters, and it's generally safe to walk. Just follow the sidewalk along International Blvd, past the iHOP, and use the crosswalk over Kapkowski Rd. for a direct route to the mall.
I'm wondering if the pool is available for guests or if there are any incidental fees charged nightly?

The pool is no longer in service, having been closed permanently. However, there is a fitness center available by appointment for guests. There may also be a nightly incidental fee applicable based on your booking conditions.
