The breakfast buffet had amazing variations from all over the world!!! The staff are wonderful and always helpful. I especially liked that the hotel provides a free shuttle to the boutiques and the beach. You can ask to be dropped off on the main street near various restaurants and shops.

The rooms needed a bit more attention to detail when cleaning. I found crumbs left on the table. The sheets were changed every three days. Cockroaches were unfortunately present in the bathroom. The TV was not internet enabled, a little inconvenient.

Fantastic Stay with Really good Service!

Their friendliness was notable. The facilities was great, including excellent restaurants and spacious rooms. The multiple pools and grounds were well-kept, offering relaxation. The shuttle service to the beach and shopping was very convenient.

The hotel lobby didn't quite match the 5-star level I expected. The decor and neon lights seemed somewhat cheap. The check-in process was also slow, involving a considerable wait in a crowded area.

The hotel is built on a small hill, providing separation from Bali's noisy streets. It makes the hotel a perfect place to relax and enjoy many available activities. It is also isolated from the crowded areas.

the resort had amazing and well kept facilities. staff members are very friendly and helpful. breakfast included many options, so much that you could order fresh juice, crepes, and waffles. the 24-hour gym included saunas, a plus for me.

the beach furniture could use an update as the sunbeds had old umbrellas.
