Remington Flats offers studio apartments, each within a four-plex building, featuring private entrances and unique decor. Each studio includes a king, queen, or single bed, wireless internet, and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. The apartments feature air conditioning, heating, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, a dining table, and a patio with garden furniture. Bathrooms include free toiletries. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, and kitchenware. Entertainment is provided via a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and some studios include a vintage Williams EarthShaker Pinball Machine with free-play. Guests can also enjoy vintage music on a Victrola Vinyl Record player. Each studio has a private patio or balcony, accessible directly from the door.

While Remington Flats doesn't have an onsite restaurant, it encourages guests to explore Fort Collins' food scene. Old Town Food Tours offers immersive experiences. 415, located in FoCo, features a locally sourced menu with options for all tastes, including vegan and vegetarian.
