Dining at Gammelbua
The Gammelbua restaurant, located in an 18th-century building with a fireplace, prepares dishes in traditional Norwegian and international styles, using local ingredients. Fish and meat dishes are adjusted to the season. The restaurant accommodates up to 72 guests across three rooms and provides outdoor seating. Breakfast is served in the restaurant from May to September (breakfast plate is available upon request in February, March, April, and October).
