a wonderful stay

the hotel has a really wonderful atmosphere and it felt well maintained i noticed it still kept its historic charm our room was clean i found the bed very comfortable it faced the front of the building however i wasn't disturbed by noise.

i had a slight problem with one of the windows in my room it wouldn't open fully

the staff were always quick to help with requests it was easy to see they cared about guests i requested an extra towel and it was delivered to my room within minutes the staff smiled and greeted me each day.

i enjoyed the food at the pub it was great the bar offered a good selection of drinks including local ales the restaurant provided a pleasant atmosphere i had a great meal and they even adapted a dish to suit my dietary needs.

The Beautiful Double Room had great design! It felt spacious, and the facilities worked well. The staff were very friendly. They were also helpful when I needed directions. I enjoyed meeting and talking with the locals.

The television required signing into each separate channel. I did not have those passwords with me.

The room was spacious and well appointed. It seemed like great value. my room was checked daily, and the tea and coffee were replenished, that was a plus.

There was no kitchen on site, so i had to drive out to find an evening meal. This was inconvenient! the bar staff could not make a simple sandwich either.

the hotel features a bar that seemed popular with locals, it created a convivial atmosphere. complimentary shower gel and shampoo were provided. coffee, tea condiments, and biscuits, so i enjoyed those. parking was secure and convenient too, it gave me peace of mind.

The staff demonstrated real kindness. They made a breakfast just for me! The room had interesting decor. The bath was perfect after a long day exploring the Brecon Beacons, and the bed allowed me to sleep soundly.

The television in the room did not work. The picture was permanently broken up. I needed it tuned, but I couldn't figure out how to do it.

The staff was helpful! They even stored some medicine for my child in their fridges overnight. The hotel staff were very good too ensure all needs were met, demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction.

I got a full English breakfast, a very hearty start to the day. The staff also sorted out on the go breakfast, which I really appreciated. The pub offered a great dinner! It had very cute locals too.
