Casey Jones' Restaurant, inside two 1920's railroad coaches, serves American fare and has a liquor license. The restaurant has 175 seats and outdoor decks. The menu includes The Saluda Burger Challenge (2 half-pound burgers, 2 servings of pulled pork, bacon, cheese, and 2 eggs on a brioche bun surrounded by 2 lbs of fries).
