The hotel accommodated an early check-in, very helpful after a long trip. The staff, especially at reception, showed a great attitude and were very helpful. I found a washing clothes area. It was convenient (and an unexpected bonus).

The TV service did not include satellite channels, a minor inconvenience.

The reception staff provided immediate room access at 11 AM. I also noted the helpfulness and positive attitude of the staff and they were always available to answer questions. The hotel provides a shuttle service.

The room felt spacious, especially beneficial when traveling with kids. The hotel ensured the room was clean upon arrival. I found the beds comfortable after long days out.
