unfulfilled requests lack of attention

The service needs significant improvement. I requested extra towels and water for the room but never received them. Follow-up requests also went unfulfilled, disappointing. The lack of attention to these simple requests detracted from the stay.

The location proved a serene escape, perfect for romantic strolls. The staff were always available, ready to assist with a kind smile. I especially enjoyed the fresh breakfast served each morning. It set the tone for beautiful days.
