the room was clean enough and met basic expectations.

i had trouble with the internet.. it barely worked . the front desk staff seemed unconcerned when i mentioned it. also, the restaurant service was slow, even when they didn't seem short-staffed.

The ac in my room barely worked. It struggled to cool the room. the bathroom had some mold near the shower. I found it quite off-putting. also, the promised wifi was spotty at best. I could not rely on it for work.

i had dinner at the tadka restaurant, and they made fasting food for me. santosh, the food manager, organized it all. rahul served me and chef manoj prepared the meal. nikki and kajal were very friendly at the club lounge, greeting everyone with a smile.

the ac in my room didnt seem to work properly .

the rooms were neat and clean. the hall was spacious. outside food arrangement was on point.. the vendors relationship with the hotel aided our function.

the breakfast was not good. the staff there was not good at all. they did not have the manners to talk.. i thought a 5-star hotel would have better staff.
