Excellent Boutique Hotel Experience!
prompt room service delicious food quaint bar comfortable bed
The room service was prompt, and the food from the downstairs restaurant tasted delicious. The rooftop bar was very quaint, and I appreciated the complimentary drink. The bed in my room was very comfortable, and the provided toiletries were wonderful. I loved my stay a lot.
The elevators are old, therefore I found them somewhat impractical to use at times.

The hotel features original elevators from 1913. Seeing them is cool, though they can be a bit complicated to use. The rooftop bar offers a nice view of the surroundings. The bar and café are attached to the hotel, a great convenience.

I stayed in a standard room. the bed was comfy and perfect after long days of exploration. the staff greeted me with smiles. Every interaction was lovely!!!
the valet stood around, they didn't help with luggage into the car.

charming boutique hotel with great service
helpful staff amazing food kind staff
i really enjoyed my stay. the staff was helpful, and every team member was easy to talk to. i also found the food and drink options amazing. the hotel's attention to detail and the staff's kindness were definite highlights for me.
I found the noise at this location extreme. It was a holiday weekend, so there was a lot of noise from the surrounding nightlife venues. i could feel the room shaking!

poor soundproofing constant presence
the hotel's location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions. it was acceptable.
i found the noise levels quite bothersome. the lack of soundproofing meant street noise and neighboring ventilation systems were a constant presence, disrupting my sleep and overall comfort? i expected better isolation.

historical charm IN the gaslamp
historic interiors comfortable bed
i loved the historical interiors and the beautiful fixtures throughout my room. the bed provided sound sleep, and i found it very comfortable. the diner next door offered a convenient option for meals , and i liked that the hotel welcomes dogs.
the elevator was slow , and it seemed a bit confusing for some guests to operate. i noticed it stopped at random floors , which extended the wait time.
