fantastic stay!

helpful staff excellent breakfast sister hotel pool garage parking

the staff helped us when our airport transfer failed. one employee even drove us to the airport. breakfast was excellent with many options. i also enjoyed using the pool located at the sister hotel nearby.

the room had very soft pillows! a nice shower was there too. i liked that the hotel staff lent a fan, as air conditioning was not available, but we were ok.

the heat in the room was unbearable. i asked for a fan, but it was old and noisy. i hoped for rest but had a sleepless night.

The location is excellent. It is very close to the ski lifts and the town centre. The staff were friendly and helpful. I asked for an electric kettle and one was promptly brought to my room (much appreciated).

The hotel felt a bit outdated. The carpets in the hallways seemed old. There were only two sockets in the room. This was a problem for charging all my devices (phone, camera, etc.).

The location is central with free parking. the reception staff were helpful. i appreciated the elevator. It was very nice. the hotel's proximity to shops and restaurants made everything convenient.

the breakfast buffet food quality was a letdown. i found it to be of poor quality.

the location was fantastic. the breakfast buffet included many options. the staff provided prompt, friendly service. bike storage was very secure and easily accessible. the room was clean.

internet speed was adequate for standard surfing, but uploading larger files was a bit slow.
