i stayed eight days. its location allowed for many trips. capri, positano, ravello were easy visits. the hotel offers a shuttle into town for shopping. i enjoyed the convenience it provided.

the view from the room was acceptable . the view from most areas was quite nice.
the automatic sliding door near my room made an loud screeching noise often. i heard the noise constantly during the night. housekeeping did not visit my room for the first two days, then knocked at 8 am on the third day while i was sleeping. the sink drain worked terribly and the shower head had issues.

the room had climate control it maintained a steady temperature. the room also included a minibar i found it stocked with water and juice. the bathroom featured two separate sinks it was very convenient.
the gym was small it had limited equipment.

The staff were kind and helpful, assisting with dinner suggestions and local activities. Restaurants on site made dining convenient for lunch and dinner, and the food was amazing. the pool was great with a bar area and views. i will return as it is one of the best hotels i have stayed at.
the red light flashing above the bed was annoying i had to use eye patches to be able to sleep.
