The apartment's decor was beautiful, especially platform 7! the provided coffee, tea, and toiletries from local shops were a lovely touch. i found the location quite convenient. It was a half-hour walk to the city center and a 15-minute walk to the station. a bottle of prosecco was a pleasant welcome gift. the hotel also featured a large, secure car park, a big plus for me.

the great water boiler made a hissing noise and dispensed hot water on its own once it reached boiling point, it was a bit unnerving.

Gated parking was secure. I didn't need to worry about my car.

The ground floor apartment was not clean on arrival. SOMEONE clearly rushed. there were hairs in the bathroom and the kitchen surfaces felt sticky. the dishwasher didn't work. It was a TOTAL inconvenience.

The apartment was beautifully decorated. It was comfortable with everything i needed. The location is about a half an hour walk from the centre so it was really accessible.

It WAS NOISY. Some services were not available. There was an awful smell in our apartment.
