the room was very clean and well kept. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the breakfast buffet was excellent, with a full continental selection with optional eggs, bacon, and pancakes all included. i appreciated the accessibility features including a ramp at the hotel entrance.

i noticed that the heating in the room did not go above 18.5 degrees celsius.

the hotel provided several upgrades because i got married, like a bathtub upgrade. a complimentary dessert greeted us upon arrival with a beautiful towel decoration. roses adorned the bed and set a romantic tone. the ocean view matched my expectations.

Check-in was slow. It took 30 minutes. i thought the staff were slow and rude, disappointing. It had similar amenities for half the price. its main difference was the excellent service.
