the free airport shuttle operated efficiently every fifteen minutes. i found many helpful staff available, even at three in the morning. my room included firm pillows, not just air. the breakfast buffet featured a variety of food options.
the room hvac controls were only in spanish.

the breakfast had a great assortment of items! i was very thankful for the fresh fruits and veggies. the shuttle from the airport was fast and quite convenient.
the room did not have glasses for water, though the room was nice.

The hotel offered a free shuttle service to and from the airport. The breakfast buffet was quite varied. I found the bed in my room very comfortable (a welcome relief after a long journey).

The staff was generally attentive, but there was a lapse with the wake-up call service. Restaurant staff were lovely and helpful, but front desk forgot to schedule an important service. More training in specific areas would solve this easily.

The hotel's location is definitely convenient next to the airport. The free shuttle makes transport easy. It is great for layovers or short stays before connecting flights. The surrounding area is not very walkable, so plan accordingly.

comfortable beds excellent service peruvian dishes long wait shuttle ride noisy rooms
The room had very comfortable beds (a king size one for me!). The staff offered excellent service. The restaurant featured both American and Peruvian dishes. (I enjoyed Peruvian cuisine more).
The free shuttle encountered issues. I waited a long time for it from the airport. The location is not at the airport anymore. It is a 20-minute shuttle ride away. The rooms were noisy.
