fantastic stay, amazing staff and rooftop!

attentive staff early check-in fantastic rooftop bar

the staff was super attentive and always smiling! i got early check-in and it made my day so much easier. the rooftop bar is fantastic a great place to unwind and enjoy the city views after a long day exploring. the location is also prime many attractions and cafes are nearby.

during my stay the bathroom wasn't cleaned to my standards there was hair in the shower from a previous guest which i found unpleasant and unsanitary.

pleasant hotel stay

friendly staff spacious suite city views great breakfast

i appreciated the friendly staff at reception they were always smiling. i received a room upgrade to a suite it was spacious. the roof terrace offered views of the city. breakfast had a super selection.

the lifts took a while sometimes this was a minor delay. the shower overflowed each time and the whole bathroom floor had water on it. it was a nuisance

the breakfast buffet included a wide selection of items it catered to various tastes with fresh pastries and fruits. i noticed there were also hot dishes available such as eggs and sausages and vegetarian options were abundant too.

spacious room caring staff closed pool upsetting situation

the room was spacious and clean. i arrived earlier than check in and the staff took care of my luggage. the room was ready for me after a short time.

i was layovering in the city for couple of hours. i arrived to hotel 2 hours earlier than my check in time, hoping for some pool time, but they told me the pool IS closed for the whole day. i was upset, noone told me this beforehand!
