i appreciated the friendly staff at reception they were always smiling. i received a room upgrade to a suite it was spacious. the roof terrace offered views of the city. breakfast had a super selection.

the shower overflowed each time and the whole bathroom floor had water on it. it was a nuisance

the room was spacious and clean. i arrived earlier than check in and the staff took care of my luggage. the room was ready for me after a short time.

i was layovering in the city for couple of hours. i arrived to hotel 2 hours earlier than my check in time, hoping for some pool time, but they told me the pool IS closed for the whole day. i was upset, noone told me this beforehand!
