The breakfast had a fantastic spread with many vegetarian options. I found indian-style dishes too, rare to find. the front office staff were cute. one staff member named saud spoke great english and was ready to assist. he went the extra mile, which i appreciated.

The lighting in the bedroom and bathroom was very bad. it impacted my eyes and caused headaches. I suffered from this throughout my stay. the bathroom sink had water pressure issues. the water pressure was too low to wash my hands and face properly.

the location is advantageous near various restaurants and shops. the hotel's exterior appears palatial showing great elegance. mr faisal at the front desk was very helpful addressing my needs with support.

the lighting within the bedroom and bathroom requires attention it created strain on my eyes. the water pressure in the bathroom sink was insufficient making it difficult to wash. i found the quality of toiletries to be substandard not reflecting a four-star experience.
