The heated pool had a grand view of the city. the staff answered questions helpfully. friendly cats roamed the hotel and created a home vibe. fernando and the staff were very attentive. They were also very accommodating.
some surfaces in the room had not been wiped. there was hair and debris from the previous guest. i asked the receptionist to clean them.
