decent stay with some hiccups

the location was good with easy access to transport links nearby

the check in process was a mess it took nearly half an hour to sort out two rooms upon arrival one room was not cleaned that was disgusting another room was not openable which meant more waiting and trips back down to reception they offered free coffee as compensation that was insulting after all the trouble
