Quail's Nest Inn & Suites provides guestrooms with a choice of one king bed or two queen beds. Traditional motel rooms are located near the indoor pool with interior entrance or near the outdoor and kids' pools with ground-level exterior entry. Deluxe rooms feature a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee/tea maker. Many deluxe rooms are located near the outdoor pool and have an outdoor entrance; some are near meeting facilities and have an interior entry. Some deluxe rooms have interconnecting doors for creating a multiple-room suite. Larger two-room suites and special occasion suites with whirlpool tubs are available, including a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee/tea maker. Most suites have one king bed in each room. All rooms include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, and a coffee/tea maker.

Quail's Nest Inn & Suites serves a complimentary continental breakfast daily from 7 AM. Coffee and tea are available in a common area. The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, sports bars, lake-view dining, and fast-food options.

Quail's Nest Inn & Suites sits on 3 acres, offering a seasonal outdoor pool with a children's area and waterfall. A secluded pool and winding creek empty into the big kids' pool. An indoor pool opens around 8 AM and closes at 11 PM, featuring a 16x32 heated pool and a large hot tub. Additional features include a picnic area and a 1,200 sq ft meeting room with an adjacent 650 sq ft room, plus an 1,800 sq ft deck adjacent to the outdoor pool. There is a conference center. The hotel is near Lake of the Ozarks State Park, offering trails and swimming areas. Ha Ha Tonka State Park is also nearby.

Quail's Nest Inn is adjacent to Osage Beach Premium Outlet Shopping Center. From Camdenton, take Hwy 54 east to Osage Beach. Exit Osage Beach Parkway; Quail's Nest is on the right, next to the Osage Beach Premium Outlets entrance. The hotel is near Lake of the Ozarks, restaurants, golf courses and entertainment. Waynesville-St. Robert Regional Airport is 100 km away.
