Excellent Stay

The resort has two distinct areas. One side includes cabanas by the sea and the main resort, separated by a road. Staff members are always available to assist guests when crossing this road. The rooms are pleasant. Breakfast provides many fresh options from the in-house bakery. The hotel offers various amenities. I found these to be unique for a 5-star hotel.

The air conditioning in my room was slightly noisy. It blew directly onto the bed, causing some minor discomfort during the night.

The reception staff offered a warm welcome with refreshing towels and hibiscus tea. Staff were polite and helpful. They provided a free shuttle to the Clock Tower for access to the night market. I felt well-cared for.

The hotel location is excellent, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. I appreciated the crossing assistant who helped guests cross the road safely. Access to the beach was easy and convenient.

Breakfast at Ob Oon cafe included many Eastern and Western food options. All dishes were delicious and well presented. The hotel has its own bakery. I enjoyed the fresh breads and croissants.
