the hotel location is central. calle florida is only one block away. the general san martin subte stop is a short walk. i found the rooms spacious. the breakfast buffet provided plenty of choices to start my day.
i noticed the elevators took a long time. this wasn't a major issue, but it did add a little extra time when moving between floors.

The location was acceptable. It was pretty central.
the air conditioning barely worked, so the room was uncomfortably warm. i told the front desk. but they did nothing. also. the breakfast selection was limited and not very appealing, we only ate there once. the coffee was terrible and the fruit tasted old. it was all quite frustrating.

the location is great because everything is very close to the hotel. i could walk to many restaurants and museums. the hotel provided a complimentary breakfast to take away since i had an early morning flight. i really appreciated that gesture.
i found the wifi to be spotty. it was difficult to work from my room because the connection was unreliable. i wish they would improve the internet connection throughout the hotel.

The location was central. It was easy to walk to many places. The breakfast included fresh fruit, pastries, and eggs. The rooftop bar was open each evening, offering a good view. I found the staff helpful when I needed directions.
The room lacked USB ports. I had to use an adapter for my phone charger. The hotel provided an adapter after I asked. I wish the hotel had addressed this issue proactively.
