The breakfast was really good, i mean, the fresh pastries were a total win! the front desk staff, especially with directions and tour reservations, was super helpful. I got some amazing tips. i appreciated that they stored my luggage for a couple of days, that helped me a lot.
I did find that there could have been more drawers in the room for clothes storage. A big wardrobe is great, but drawers are just super useful.

The rooftop pool offered seating areas along with a good swim. It was a very relaxing experience. there's also a gym with multiple treadmills along with stationary bikes, a great convenience for hotel guests.

The location is central with easy access to many streets. That was perfect! the hotel is located near a pedestrian street where shops and restaurants are. There's a lot of great food there. the hop on hop off buses are right across the street.

the location was excellent. the breakfast offered a huge variety of choices to suit every taste. the staff was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them. the rooftop pool and bar provided plenty of loungers and great drinks.
the in-room tvs did not have many english-speaking programs.

the hotel is centrally located. the plaza de mayo and the obelisk are within walking distance. the main shopping street is only one block away, which allows for convenient access to shopping and dining options. the bus stop is across the street.

The room was not up to standard. the internet connection was almost unusable, constantly disconnecting. breakfast was poor with hard bread rolls and fruit of questionable quality. It seemed the minibar charge was added without confirmation or evidence at checkout.
