a good stay indeed

convenient location really good friendliness many choices restful sleep

The location was quite convenient. I could easily access nearby attractions. the staff displayed really good friendliness, always ready to assist with a smile. the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. i found the comfortable bed very conducive to a restful sleep, which i really needed.

the gym could benefit from newer equipment, i noticed some of the machines were a bit outdated.

i found the hotel personnel very helpful and polite at all times , it was a nice treat. breakfast staff greeted me with a smile each morning. the reception team were responsive to requests and questions, providing a smooth check-in and check-out process

decent stay, noticeable issues

the staff were completely professional, which i appreciated.

The black mould in the shower's grouting was not ideal. the window lacked opening control. It was either fully open OR fully closed. this impacted ventilation negatively.

rude staff no towels

location was acceptable, also access to the slopes was good.

the spa staff are rude. they act like doing a favour by letting you use it. i was not offered any towels, i felt awkward for asking one.

lovely mountain escape

spa facilities relaxed atmosphere

i enjoyed the spa facilities and game room downstairs it had such a relaxed atmosphere. the live music in the foyer created a cute ambiance. the food was a plus, there was so much variety.

the walls seemed thin i could hear conversations and movement from adjacent rooms. this made it difficult to relax fully at times it really impacted my sleep.

the room included a large bed and a night light this was very helpful at night. there was a television a refrigerator a kettle tea and coffee. the room had both toothbrushes and toothpaste shower gel and hand soap.

the hotel has both bowling and slot machines downstairs the restaurant and bar provide ample choices. there is a spa that costs 15 euros per hour it included massage options beginning at 45 euros.

the hotel is near a ski lift it made access to the slopes easy. the mountain views from my room were amazing each morning. the village felt friendly and safe for walking.

the staff was very friendly and offered dinner recommendations. they provided a warm welcome to my dog including a blanket and treats. i found the level of service consistently high.
