the staff were completely professional, which i appreciated.

The black mould in the shower's grouting was not ideal. the window lacked opening control. It was either fully open OR fully closed. this impacted ventilation negatively.

location was acceptable, also access to the slopes was good.

the spa staff are rude. they act like doing a favour by letting you use it. i was not offered any towels, i felt awkward for asking one.

i enjoyed the spa facilities and game room downstairs it had such a relaxed atmosphere. the live music in the foyer created a cute ambiance. the food was a plus, there was so much variety.

the walls seemed thin i could hear conversations and movement from adjacent rooms. this made it difficult to relax fully at times it really impacted my sleep.

the room included a large bed and a night light this was very helpful at night. there was a television a refrigerator a kettle tea and coffee. the room had both toothbrushes and toothpaste shower gel and hand soap.

the hotel has both bowling and slot machines downstairs the restaurant and bar provide ample choices. there is a spa that costs 15 euros per hour it included massage options beginning at 45 euros.

the mountain views from my room were amazing each morning. the village felt friendly and safe for walking.

the staff was very friendly and offered dinner recommendations. they provided a warm welcome to my dog including a blanket and treats. i found the level of service consistently high.
