My room was spacious and comfortable. The ocean view from my balcony was amazing. The soft sands on the beach were very relaxing and enjoyable! I especially appreciated the varied buffet options. It was great.

The check-in process was a bit slow. I waited over 45 minutes despite it not being busy.

The room included a modern, clean bathroom with full amenities and constant hot water, it also had a balcony. The interior design was simple and provided a comfortable atmosphere, including a double bed and a single bed for children.

Breakfast was excellent. All buffet meals offered great taste and variety. I found the Indian-influenced dishes particularly enjoyable, as well as the African, European and Oriental cuisines.

I found the variety of dishes excellent.. i particularly enjoyed the octopus delicacy. the staff were cute and kind. i appreciated the spaciousness of the pool. It was fresh and cool. the animation team kept things lively with entertaining and experienced performances.

the check-in process took longer than expected, almost 45 minutes even when it wasn't busy, which i felt could be improved.

staff members were attentive and were great too provide really good service. waitresses like esline, neema, jane, and kibibi delivered excellent service and showed genuine warmth. i greatly admired the attentiveness of these excellent individuals .

the room had daily fresh towels and water bottles. the interconnected rooms allowed us to easily care for our children. i found the rooms very clean and spacious. i appreciated the comfort and maintenance efforts.

The food wasn't great. I felt the quality was below average. the buffet really needs a revised menu. also, i was in a suite on the 4th floor and there wasn't an elevator (this was quite tiring). plus, the noise level was high with people yelling during the day because of different activities within the area (it was disruptive).
